DEBEVOISE & PLIMPTON BONUS ANNOUNCEMENT MEMO
We are pleased to announce 2006 bonuses for U.S.-based associates in good standing at the following class levels. The bonuses, which will be received in early January, will be subject to the usual pro-rations for part-time programs and lengths of service of less than the entire year:
2006 $30,000 (pro-rated)
2005 $35,000
2004 $40,000
2003 $45,000
2002 $50,000
2001 $55,000
2000 $60,000
1999 (and prior years) $65,000
We appreciate your hard work throughout the year, and know that for many of you there is a lot of work left between now and year-end. Thanks for all your contributions and best wishes for the holidays and for the New Year.

LeBOEUF, LAMB, GREENE & MacRAE BONUS ANNOUNCEMENT MEMO
In the New York office, bonus amounts will range from $30,000 to $65,000 for associates in the classes of 1998 and more senior including counsel as set forth below:
Class of 2006: $30,000
Class of 2005: $35,000
Class of 2004: $40,000
Class of 2003: $45,000
Class of 2002: $50,000
Class of 2001: $55,000
Class of 2000: $60,000
Class of 1999: $65,000
Class of 1998 and higher: $65,000
Consistent with our past practice of additional rewards for high performers, discretionary bonus amounts of up to $15,000 will be paid to associates and counsel based on exceptional commitment of time. First year associates in the New York office who arrived in 2006 will receive a guaranteed, pro-rated bonus.
