Happy Holidays from the Obama Family
Picking up on yesterday’s item about law-related holiday cards, here’s one from a certain ex-president of the Harvard Law Review, and his wife (also a lawyer, and “big sister” to her husband when he was a summer associate at the firm where she was an associate):
It’s tasteful and elegant; there’s not much here to poke fun at. Still more proof that Barack Obama can do no wrong.
The tipster who sent this to us agrees:

Maybe — but just a little. This is still, far and away, the best politician’s holiday card we’ve seen this year.

I think they look terrific. I can just see the White House behind them on the lawn....
Wait a second. They got together when he was a summer and she was an associate? Don't most firms have "no fraternizing" policies to ensure ethical boundaries are respected? This could be a bigger scandal than the Chicago real estate deal! I bet Rove is preparing ads right now...
no according to a Chicago Magazine profile a while back, she wouldn't go out with him until after his summer was over. no scandal there--now that real estate thing with Rezko could turn into a bigger deal.
anyway, I think they look fabulous and she in particular is beautiful
