Headline of the Day

Does the copy editor of the DuPage Daily Herald, like Professor Jeffrey Rosen, think that Justice Antonin Scalia “is a huge dick”?

If so, it would make sense. Animus towards Justice Scalia might explain this amusingly salacious headline:

Woman Tied to Scalia Headline Above the Law.GIF

This innocent little headline, just seven words long, makes it sound like Justice Scalia has a mistress. Who’s a lush. And a criminal.

It’s an impressive feat, in its own way.

Scalia must HAVE a huge dick. Anyone that hairy MUST be well-endowed. Doesn't the guy have like ten kids?

The "huge dick" comment was not made by Rosen, he merely did not comment on Jon Stewart's statement that Scalia must be a huge dick.

Every time I start to doubt that Scalia is a huge dick, I go read his Lawrence v. Texas dissent.

I think it sounds like a woman was caught DUI while engaged in some B&D action with Scalia.

Since when is someone's daughter "tied to him?" And thanks 2:00 for pointing out that Rosen didn't say Scalia was a dick.

As for Frido's bias in the press comment: Aw suck it. This doesn't represent bias against Scalia so much as bias for salacious nonsense that people (including myself) will want read.

Oh and 2:18, I hope you're kidding. Have you heard of google?
