What no one here has mentioned is the right that private educational institutions have to promote a code of mores and morals...and it could well be within the legal rights of BC to determine that posing in this manner with a BC logo prominently displayed is a violation of this code (we should all consult that little booklet that we were given in orientation about expected behaviors, etc) and she could suffer consequences because of this.
