Programming Note: Bong Hits 4 ATL

By the time you read this, we will (hopefully) be settling into the spectators’ gallery at One First Street, to watch oral arguments before the Supreme Court.*
The cases to be argued this morning are Morse v. Frederick, aka the “Bong Hits 4 Jesus” case, and Wilkie v. Robbins, which we hope we can stay awake through (with all due respect to the Bureau of Land Management).
We’ve prepared some posts in advance that we’ve arranged to have published while we’re gone. But we won’t be able to address any breaking news during our absence. So if Alberto Gonzales steps down as Attorney General this morning, and we don’t post immediately about it, now you know why.
* We say “hopefully,” since we don’t have tickets to the argument. We’re just planning to fall in the line for members of the public who want to attend SCOTUS proceedings.
