Here are the results of the various reader polls we conducted concerning Adriana Dominguez, the Brooklyn Law School student who appeared nude in a video for Playboy TV:
These results make sense to us. Dominguez's participation in the Playboy really has no bearing upon her character and fitness, with respect to her bar admission. It wasn't criminal, and we don't live in the Victorian Age.
As for her legal career, if she's a talented lawyer, who cares if she has, er, certain other abilities? Sure, one might question her judgment; but this was one mistake, and nobody's perfect.
(But yeah, maybe she's not that hot. And just because her doing this nudie video shouldn't preclude her bar admission doesn't mean people can't look down on her for doing so.)

I only saw the 58 second version but based on what I saw I would bet ALOT of money that she IS a complete moron. So, the question of whether if she is a "brilliant lawyer" it should affect her career is not up for discussion here.
She goes to BROOKLYN LAW SCHOOL people. Nothing she does can hurt her legal career more than this simple fact. If she actually went to a non-TTT, then maybe this attention toward her might be justified, but BLS? Who gives a shit?

Brooklyn Law has actually had quite a few Circuit Clerks in the past few years. I assume that the fact that jonb did not have such a clerkship is only one of many reasons he feels the need to imply he went to a better school. I belive there needs to be more sivility in law practice. At my law school in Viringia, we punish sinners and prostitutes like this woman. She would never be allowed at Regent. Nevertheless, I take pitty on her and urge her to join a church or a rehab program. Matthew 28 19-20a.
