And they just closed their DC office...

Wow, that plaintiff's attorney is being really understanding, and - more surprisingly - understated.
Guess he figures there's no point in yelping about the obvious, when his opponents are sinking their own ship.
First Daugerdas now this guy; DePaul needs to beef up its PR requirement.
Unless I missed it, neither of the articles really explain what the falsfied documents were.

Girard is smart, he doesn't want blame put on Best Buy's lawyers, but on its officials for dragging their feet in discovery.
You see, getting Best Buy officials in hot water adds to the settlement value of the case.

11:44, I know. One of the articles says that he's "being treated now for psychological conditions related to stress and depression." This is like a new take on "I'm a racist, so I'm going to drug rehab."
Maybe this is why they closed the office... Best Buy is a *huge* client to them
If I was about to be disbarred I would be stressed and depressed too.
My advice to Mr. Block is to drink heavily.
