What's Up in Charney v. Sullivan & Cromwell?
Roughly three weeks have passed since the last substantive development in Aaron Charney v. Sullivan & Cromwell. What the heck is going on right now?
Sadly, not much. Lavi Soloway brings us this update.
(Normally we'd be quite excited about the dirt that can be expected to surface during the discovery process. But we fear the parties will be more discreet than we might like.)

I don't know about Charney, but I wanted to point out that our old friend L2L may have accidentally revealed his name. See the comments here:

You'll see multiple posts to someone named Don, then a little lower, the exact same post by Loyola 2L. Perhaps it's just a meme at this point, but just thought I'd point it out.
Lat, we need a post on the novel _Chambermaid_, Saira Rao's possibly thinly veiled account of her time as a clerk for Sloviter on the 3d Cir. Though it had once been scheduled for release in July, it's now out. Any former (or current) Sloviter clerks who can confirm or deny her resemblance to the judge in the book?
I thought everyone knew there were many posters using the Loyola 2L brand.
Looks from the docket like S&C filed a motion to dismiss again. no shocker there. They'll do everything but file and answer and get on with things of course.
Welcome to the reality of litigation Charney. A lot of time wasted for little benefit.
I wonder how much Fasman's billed on this so far.
3:49 - A real L2L post would have mentioned tier 2 and unemployment.
Fasman's name isn't on anything. Looks like Fasman is cut out of the loop L2L. Looks like others are raking in all that nice defense $.
