ACS is great. The convention schedule looks very promising.
Perhaps Judge Berzon will forgive you for spreading spurious gossip about her.
Or perhaps her bodyguards will rough you up and smash your camera, and a future ATL post will have a picture where you can barely make out Judge Berzon's arm in the corner of the frame, and the rest of the frame is filled with someone's hand.
I support ACS, but they'll never be as successful as the Federalist Society.

The ACS Convention? Do people even go to such a thing?
I know that the Fed Soc needs to have meetings in order to make the requisite annual sacrifices to Nino. But isn't any meeting of the HLS (or YLS or SLS) faculty a de facto ACS Convention?
