It won't count for the PrawfsBlawg post, as it was given by a student in oral argument during a moot court competition, but I was judging on a panel in said competition when the mooter made the argument that the Americans with Disabilities Act should not apply to websites (serious issue - see http://www.overlawyered.com/pages/webada.html) because the legislative intent behind the ADA was to engage the disabled in society, and by forcing websites to comply with the ADA, we would make it easier for the disabled to stay at home and surf the net, when they otherwise would be forced out into the world and engage with society as the drafters had intended.

Sigh. My degree is a sham.

I am 100% supportive of a blanket blan of "FIRST!!!!" comments. You clowns need to get lives, or at least Xboxes.
