This line is the most telling:

The paper isn't not funded by student fees why are the bureaucrats getting involved?
This line is the scariest:
Students around the CSU campus expressed a majority feeling that while they felt McSwane's right to free speech should be protected, many of them felt as though he misused it.
And does make them look like, "uneducated children who don't have anything intelligent to say."
The SCOTUS also granted cert to a case involving patent exhaustion.
I'm seriously tired of the SCOTUS fucking up patent cases.
