Leave… Britney… Alone!

Britney Spears Above the Law.JPGYou mean old judge! From the AP:

Britney Spears was ordered Monday to surrender custody of her children to ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon ruled that Federline will take custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, beginning Wednesday “until further order of the court.”

If Judge Gordon took Britney’s VMA performance into account, Britney should move for reconsideration. We agree with Chris Nashawaty: she wasn’t as bad as everyone (predictably) claimed she was.

YHIHF:

Your timeline is off. That can't happen until at least 2 years after a playboy shoot, which is due on or about Spring 2008.

I'd rather see this headline than that she murdered her children because she felt that she was a "bad mother" like the rest of these psycho mothers claim.

And it's about GD time...the woman is past delusional insanity.

I think it has more to do with her clubbing and showing her hooch every night....sadly KFed probably is the more fit parent.

Was the mention of her hooch so close to dinner time really necessary?

Lat,

You are delusional. Her performance was EPIC FAIL.

Some people shouldn't have children. See Britney Spears and Kevin Federline. The kids are the ones who will suffer for their parents' selfishness, stupidity and irresponsibility.

I kinda wish Britt had murdered the little muggles.

Now THAT would have been a story.

You need a license to drive a car, practice a profession, get married, etc, etc. Why the hell don't you need a license to have children? There are too many parentless children already. She isn't smart or responsible enough to keep her driver's license, but she can raise kids. Give me a break. We should take a clue from China and limit people to one child. We should also control who can have them.

11:26 -- I agree! We should require a license for childbearing. And, as a condition to acquiring your license, you must prove (1) financial ability to raise the child to age 18; (2) fluency in the English language; (3) mental competency; and (4) achievement of at least a high school education.

This would solve all of our welfare problems! Awesome idea! No more poor people or immigrants!

Also think about it... Once we do this, no one will be bitching out about the loss of our 'other' civil liberties! So we get 2 benefits for the price of one!!!!

Oh, did I mention no more poor people or immigrants?

C'mon, get real.

Honestly, it's about time this happened. The court finally got past the firmly held notion that even if the mother is a drugged up, snatch-flashing, head-shaving psycho, she's still more fit to raise the children than the father. So what if K-Fed is not particularly talented as an entertainer? The bottom line is that he has enough brains to stay out of the limelight. That alone exhibits more sensibility and responsibility than Brit who drives around with her kids in the car without a valid drivers license.
