The article on Cornbleet's murder misses the most interesting point. The suspect was not a French citizen when he committed the murder. He fled to St. Martin, applied for and was granted French citizenship (his mother was a French citizen) and then confessed to the crime, knowing he couldn't be extradited.
Not only did they mispell HIPAA on this "legal website," but they said that an intangible object has been sued.
