* The law school hiring process privileges glibness -- and is that a bad thing? Law professors are hired (1) to train lawyers, of all people, and (2) to write articles that sound like they're saying a lot, even when they're not. Glibness would seem to be a BFOQ. [PrawfsBlawg]

I see that 'Orenthal Simpson
Miami, FL 33176' owes the FTB $1.4M in back personal income taxes.

What are the odds of collecting on that lien?

BFOQ= bona fide occupational qualification. Allows you to discriminate on some things when hiring. Learned that today, oddly.

Also, Kerr was my crim pro prof. Cool guy.

The truth hurts...and the owner of that VW parked in what appears to be Brooklyn Heights is about to find out just how much, b/c as long as the sun will rise tomorrow that car will be vandalized.

Those residents speak loudly and carry a big stick. And lets just say they only recognize 25 letters in the alphabet in those parts.

That Marine VW is hilarious. The driver claims to have fought for our "Freedo" in Iraq.
