MEMORANDUM FOR ALL ASSOCIATES ON THE U.S. SALARY SCALE
Re: 2007 Bonuses
On behalf of the partners of the Firm, we are extremely pleased to announce special and year-end bonuses for associates in good standing on the U.S. salary scale, at the amounts set forth below. Bonuses will be prorated for those who joined the Firm after January 1, 2007, and will be payable to those on the payroll as of the applicable payment date.
For associates in the class of 2007 and participants in the International Lawyer Program, the year-end bonus will be $35,000, prorated based on arrival date and will be paid in two installments on November 16 ($10,000) and December 21 ($25,000). For the classes of 2006 and above, the special bonus will be paid on November 16 and the year-end bonus will be paid on December 21. The bonus scale for classes 2006 and above is as follows:
