These pretzels...are making me FIRSTY
9:52(2)-
If pretzels make you thirsty, then maybe FIRST thing you should do is drink some coffee, so you that when you eat pretzels SECOND, you WON'T be so FIRSTY.
Sucka.
I hate Seinfeld. He made a great show but in person he seems like a shitbag of the highest order.
AWESOME that Nina Jessica Nederlander Seinfeld is being sued by the real author of those recipes and real idea woman behind such a book. I hope Seinfeld gets nailed by a jury.
For people with advanced degrees, both of you are amazingly retarded.
The mofos at MoFo lost their client $1M? That's why you don't wait until 45 minutes before the courthouse closes on the day filing is due to send out a courier.
Please do a story on liberal bias in legal stories (this topic never gets old and it is still a pressing issue.

"So far, people listing their occupation as "law professor" have donated $18,365 to Republicans, and $149,542 to Democrats. Those who list their occupation as "professor of law" have donated $500 to Republicans, and $34,565 to Democrats...
Ninety-seven self-described law professors have donated to Barack Obama, only thirty-five to Hillary Clinton. Fred Thompson is the Republican favorite, with seven donors, compared to Giuliani's five and McCain's four. Mike Huckabee, Ron Paul, and Dennis Kucinich have none."
The saddest part of the data.
"Professors sometimes considered "conservative," at least by legal academy standards, such as former Yale dean Tony Kronman, Harvard's Einer Elhauge, and Cardozo's Marci Hamilton, are Barack Obama contributors. Stanford Dean Larry Kramer has donated to both Clinton and Obama."
Even those considered "conservative" in legal academia are many times left of center politically. This problematic when professors at places such as Harvard or Yale are calling judicial nominees out of the mainstream. Unfortunately, the mainstream at elite law schools is so far to the left that many of these professors are ill-equipped to make that judgment.
why is scalia in such a hurry to execute people? it's not as if they're going anywhere.
"it's not as if they're going anywhere."
That's the problem.
One Bullet will take care of it, and think of the cost savings!!!!
oh, sad. typo on the front page
RE: 'dykes'
It's not over yet - that guy has several other similar petitions pending
the $1M article is crap. the opinion doesn't say it was only one minute late, and in any event, the judge rejected the fee award based on several grounds, most notably, failure to support the fee demand.
Translation - Really Smart people who happen to hold conservative views on many subjects are willing to suport dems because the Reps are so screwed up (in bed with big oil/pharma, pandering to religious zealots, etc.).
