A judge can afford to send a "Party Barge" beer bucket when he owes a guy a beer? WTF? They don't need a raise. I call bullshit on CJ Roberts' complaining about pay raises.

I knew Yul in high school, and I think he would be a great congressperson. But I don't think he stands a chance against Speier.

Between the two, I'd vote for her. Her five bullets at Jonestown beats Survivor.

My god I LOVE the hillary as flick video. LOVE it. It articulates so much of what I don't like about her campaign. Maybe Hillary will rig the ballot counting, too.

Solid Non-Sequitur line up today. Each of these entries could have merited its own post.

Did Yul leave McKinsey & Co before going on Survivor, and did he return after his reality show stint? Can't think that McKinsey would be super thrilled with one of their managers on the show (if he had lost to some unimpressive jerk, or been dishonest about his allegiances, etc., it could look kind of bad).

And yeah, I can see why he'd be interested in shooting for an empty seat in Congress, but my money is on Speier for the win.

I have a feeling the event will not include many actual cougars.

Oh man, thanks for the Hillary/Flick video, Lat. I was *just thinking* "you know, what's really missing from this presidential race is a healthy dose of good, old-fashioned sexism!" And there it materializes in front of me. Beautiful.

Why do the Deal Breaker folks reject the concept of paragraphs?

Yul Kwon is a douche. He was the guest speaker at this year's NAPABA and the guy's attitude was awful. I would rank him near the top of my bullshit meter.

I also attended this year's NAPABA convention. How was Yul Kwon being a "douche"?

I would like to release a few dozen actual malnourished cougars into that event. If there's one thing worse than poors, its a guy who considers himself a "boy toy". If cougars aren't available, someone should just shoot these guys in the face.
