Anyone know who Microsoft's using for counsel?
and Yahoo?
Is it just me or is Clinton blatantly playing the female card, knowing that Obama would look unseemly if he came out and said, "This country has come a long way in that it has the option of nominating it's first African-American." It seem Hillary said something right along those lines about her being a woman, but Obama can't really say that can he?
I am also curious about who is representing Microsoft and Yahoo.
I actually came to this posting to see who was counsel as well. I assume Skadden PA for Yahoo. K&L for Microsoft? S&C?
It looks like Simpson provided legal advice for Microsoft. Check out www.thedeal.com
STB for Microsoft and Skadden for Yahoo.
don't bother checking out www.thedeal.com; you need a password for everything. what a worthless site.
