Calebresi and McGinnis need their heads examined. McCain = Spector and coming toward the left on all issues, including SC justices. What's Lieberman's, Kenedy's -- oh I mean McCain's -- stance on Gitmo and tax cuts and the role of the federal government by the way (please note the rhetorical nature of this question)?

FYI, for those who have never seen McGinnis, he looks like Bill Gates, only nerdier.

Slightly more on tanget, McGinnis does not teach the 1st and 14th amendment in his Con Law class (at least when I had him). We spent more time on the Dormant Commerce Clause than only any recent jurisprudence.
