Scalia is the same clown that wrote these irreconcileable opinions . . .

The State can regulate what you do in your bedroom, behind closed doors. See, Lawrence v. Texas, . . . (J. Scalia, dissenting).

The State cannot use infrared technology without a warrant because the State might learn such intimate details as - GULP - when the "lady of the house" takes her bath. Kyllo v. U.S. (Scalia)

Why the hell does the WSJ law blog have so many comments from people who know nothing about the law?

One dipshit even asked if the naked cowboy's guitar was copyrighted, but said it probably wasn't cause it was too expensive.

I approve of torture only when I'm paying for it.

Re: Naked cowboy lawsuit

No chance of brand confusion here. Just an (obviously successful) publicity stunt by a NYC curiosity.
