Jane Genova is an absolutely horrific writer. Her grammar and sentence construction are miserable. Maybe she should guest post?

If only those who are "The Professional Women" would understand that they should just be themselves instead of being bitchy and constantly trying to impress everyone around them. Most upper level female managers I know got there by being sincere, friendly, fun to be around, and most importantly by being non-posers.
