10:52 - GW is notorious for having a bigger class than its prestige will support. GW is made up of haves and have-nots. Instead of having a 500 person class where 200 work in big law, 50 find other careers that they want to work, and the remaining 250 are bitter pissed off temps, they should only admit 250-300. GW is a good school, but it's essentially a JD factory.

The video suggests people at GW go work at Cravath. I think maybe there's 1 a year.
All of these videos come from our annual Law Revue show (yes, we're quite aware of the irony in the homophone). In addition to the videos, we also put on a stage show, with a cast of about 50 students. Go to You Tube and search "GW Law Revue" if you'd like to see more. I particularly recommend the Sally Struthers video!

The good news for you is that everyone else is aware of it to...here is why (drumroll please)...EVERY LAW SCHOOL HAS A LAW REVUE...and get this...THEY ALL CALL IT LAW REVUE...and...wait for it...THEY ALL DO IT BECAUSE OF THE IRONY IN THE HOMOPHONE.
You're presence at GW and the fact that you haven't failed out underscores the fact that your law school admits blithering morons. This is not to say that all students at GW are blithering morons. However, clearly, there is at least one there right now.
Remember 2Ls - when you write an email to other associates, partners or clients, always re-read the email and spell check (though spellcheck is not a substitute).

1) The term TTT is thrown around on this blog the way Eliot Spitzer throws money at prostitutes (rather frequently and more often than advisable).
2) The same goes for spelling/grammer corrections.

4) Most people who post on this blog have one friend, maybe...and that friend is TTT.
It will only be a matter of time before someone accuses me of working at a TTT firm or going to a TTT law school, or better yet getting a shittier fleece from my summer firm than they did . . .

My decision to attend GW Law School has now been validated since it got a mention on ATL :-)
To those who say GW = Georgetown Waitlist, that may be true, but at least we have fewer douchebags!
To all GW Law haters:
First of all, half of the GW Law students didn't even apply to Georgetown because they heard about the massive student population of pretentious jerks. Secondly, not only do GW Law students have intelligence, but they also have a thing called social skills. So while those who think they are too good for GW Law are stuck sitting in a back room somewhere because no attorney would EVER let them come into contact with a client, we will be handling all of the litigation. That's right, YOU will be doing OUR research. Have fun with the box-filled rooms of paperwork!
P.S. Sadly, you may not even be good at research...GW Law is a First Tier school, not a "TTT" :)
