Someone just snuck into an office to change clothes and forgot his pants. Maybe he spilled wine. This is stupid.

ZOMG! Someone got drunk, did the hanky-panky in 12-03, and then walked home sans pants!

34 waist is fat? Christ, I'm 6'0", 185lbs. with a 33" aist. I must at least be "pudgy," then. Someone get Jennifer Love Hewitt over here to consol me about my body.

Fat for men is usually if your waist size exceeds your inseam size. For example, a man with a 34 waist and a 36 inseam would be quite slim.

damn I am 6' 185 as well and wear a 35/36" waist. I am both weak and nerdy and fat according to this thread, makes sense with a bunch of lawyers posting. Anyway, no way are 34" pants the property of a BigLaw assoc as you all "work" too damn much to keep a waistline that slim...unless you are like the ones here in NY whose expanding midsections spill out so gracefully...is it possible to feel sympathetic towards a belt?

I'm 6'0", 175# w/ a 33 inch waist. I have 12% body fat and can bench 240 lbs. Come see for yourself if I'm weak.

Why is it that all the fat dorky biglaw associates have to weigh in (pun intended) on every single issue, even when they clearly have no clue what they're talking about?

Go take a look inside a gym one day, and you'll have all the evidence you need.

I could probably name a dozen or so NFL players with those measurements. The guy may be nerdy and weak, but those measurements don't necessarily lead to that conclusion, as you suggest.

1:20: First, 12% body fat is nothing to brag about. Second, if you're 6' and weigh 175, you're not benching 240 lbs. That being said, 240 is no big deal.

Also, I looked up "guest" on the Permalink firm website and couldn't find you. Way to man up. "Come see for yourself . . ." Ooh! You really got us.

What I've taken away from this is that you're a skinny and weak flabby guy . . . or maybe a girl. What a combination! You must be a big hit with the ladies (or gentlemen).

avatar
40 Posted by guest | Permalink Friday, May 9, 2008 1:31 PM

NFL must stand for something else, right? If you're talking about professional football, maybe kickers, that's it. I don't think you have any idea about what you're talking about.

Is there a National Football League somewhere in the world where "football" is used in the European sense? In that case, I agree with you. Good job.

Kash should definitely post bikini photos. The ATL readership would go nuts. I know, Lat will say there has to be legal angle to it. But why not post them in one of those "Non-Sequiturs" posts? And it would certainly be better than a post about someone's lost pants in London.

Hopefully Kash is out right now getting some good bikini shots taken. And let me add, the pants post notwithstanding, we do respect you as a journalist. We just want to see you in a bikini too. Nothing wrong with that.

56 Posted by guest | Permalink Friday, May 9, 2008 4:36 PM

And while we're at it with bikini photos, SEN should post some too. She needs to redeem herself.

I bet KASH's body is nicely toned and sportin' some pretty decent rackage.

avatar
58 Posted by guest | Permalink Friday, May 9, 2008 4:57 PM

12% body fat is nothing to brag about depending on age, but it's not impossible for 175lb to bench 240. I'm a little curious about the 240 figure, though. Do you really add 2.5lb plates to your double donuts and 5s?

FYI, I do 6X at 245 and I'm 6'2", 190 and not huge.

4:57: FYI: 5'9", 190 lbs. - end with 2 sets, 10 reps with 295 - - and I'm defintely not huge, and still think that guy is full of it.

This is turning into the scene from "Boogie Nights."

PS How much do you squat. Now, watch me dive.

avatar
62 Posted by guest | Permalink Friday, May 9, 2008 5:50 PM

Guys, you need to man up and use the metric system. Try benching 20 reps of 300 kilograms. 2 meters tall 100 kilos.

All the guys posting how much they bench and all that, kill yourself please.

As far as medical data goes, 6' weight range is 166-188, 188 being fit (8% body fat) with a large frame and considerable amount of muscle.

Also to the people asking for Kash Bikini pics....why would you obsess over a 7 so much?? and 7 is giving her the benefit of the doubt that shes not photogenic.
