first?
I'm ashamed of myself.
have you ever taken an economics class? This isn't even a recession by the ridiculous media definition of consecutive quarters of negative growth. You can't just make it be a recession because cnn is giving it lots of play.
It's just bullshit fear mongering. You would think that anyone who went to college would understand that, especially if they're going to start talking about it in public.
Wow. A whole 4 hours stuck in a bar. He really should have just had a couple of glasses of water, taken a nap and waited for someone to open the bar. Hell, he emailed his friends, why not email a supervisor and say that an unexpected emergency had come up, but that he'd be in as soon as he could.
what a freaking idiot. he googles "what to do when stuck in a bar" but doesn't call 311.
We need to find out where that douche paralegal works. Anyone?
I'm trying to figure out why the NYT thought the story of the paralegal warranted a story and a photo - 10:1 one of the reporters or editors is banging this dude
6:25, someone needs to tell that reporter or editor to be careful. According to Drudge, 1 in 4 NYC residents have herpes, and its higher in gay men. Which that douchebag obviously is.
Yes, where does he work? Someone must know...

Personally, never heard of this firm.
Lat, can you do a story on sexual harassment at Quinn Emanuel? I've known 2 women who've worked there. Both said they were sexually harassed, one said explicitly that it was by a partner. Both said that sexual harassment is a big problem there, and I hear Quinn doesn't even have a sexual harassment policy, but I don't know if that's true.
If Quinn really is a sexaul harassment hell hole, the world should know. Please do a story. tyia.
I want to hurt the NYT
I want to hurt the NYT Writer who wrote this, and ATL for putting it up. What a stupid story.
Harvard + Williamsburg nightlife + oooh! living in Bed-Stuy = Latte liberal wet dream
Story title should be changed to "How many Harvard grads does it take to get out of a locked bar? More than one."
Paralegal = moron. Of course there is a set of spare keys somewhere.
And who stays out until 4AM when they have work the next day?
Fired.
That firm sounds eerily familiar to a public interest firm that was supposed to interview at NYU's PILC fair but backed out at the last minute for untold reasons. Clearly a TTT by any definition.
How embarrassing that they had to bring Harvard in on this...
bar story: why would you let the times write up that story about you? pretty embarrasing and not even in a funny way.
NySouthernGirl: it just goes to show that even Harvard is fallible, or at least its graduates can be.
Whereas a MIT grad would have spent the four hours putting together a harmless but scary looking circuit board and sent a cellphone picture of the device to homeland security...that's the punchline, right?
