NYT's Pinch Sultzberger has a CCW license? Hahahahaha. Where's Ann Coulter when we need her?
Was 11 things to know when being arrested writen by a f***ing DA?? I have never--and i can't stress that word enough--heard of an attorney suggesting that you should take a breathalyzer if you're pulled over for DUI, especially when you are drunk. Hands down the worst advice ever.
No kidding. If you're blindingly drunk on the dash cam, you'll probably go down anyway, but why hand them the evidence--especially if you're relatively steady on your feet?
Amen. Better to lose your driver's license and hoof it for four months than to get a felony DUI, have to hoof it for four months anyway, then defend yourself to the bar as a bonus.
Here's a better idea 7:10, 7:41, and 7:50: DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!!!!
A lot of fun you are, 8:48.
8:48. It was an article about what happens when you are being arrested--not an admonition against committing crimes in general. Your response could be made to the entire article. Don't kill; don't do drugs; don't cheat on taxes; don't drink and drive. Any lawyer (or in your case, law student) can tell a client that.
