Ooooooohhhhh... Jenna Saiquoi=Je ne sais quoi. I get it.
Very nice piece - I would say Jenna in her male persona should get involved with the Lesbian & Gay Community - not being demeanig - I am a paralegal in Los Angeles, and not gay but am a member of the Labor & Employment Section of the State Bar and a member of the Lesbian & Gay Attorneys Association. The State Bar in California does have a program for attorneys who want to transion to the opposite gender. A new statute did take affect a year ago which also addresses crossdressing, transgender issues in the work place and is addressed in the Mandatory Sexual Harassment training which was recently given in Newport Beach, CA. LGA will also keep one up on the legal challanges in CA. I am sure each state does have a section a paralegal (in CA) can join throught the State Bar. Now Jenna looks lovely, just keep an open mind in life that is all and learn learn learn to advance one's career and payscale.

To the LA Paralegal -- I think it's great that we're now admitted through the bar (even in Ohio, after five years, I can become bar certified)... but don't forget the organizations that got us there in the first place, like NALA and NFPE.
And I agree -- Education is key. Education about justice and equality, about diversity, about employment. Without an education, we are nothing.
