Having spent nearly 20 years in the NYC Court System, I'm WELL aware of these judges with their particular sense of entitlement, gross overbearing personalities, not to mention their own obvious insecurities -- ergo, the need to belittle and undermine people in general, court employees, petitioner and respondents in particular. Then lie about it and placing blame upon those whom they abuse!

And that's just those judges who do not possess the same issues this obese woman with her copious degree of physical ailments-- all of which, by the way, I have absolutely NO sympathy. We all choose our paths. She's chosen hers. I could barely believe she was a judge -- having decided to exercise no apparent control over her own body, it's clear how easy it is for her to consistenly be out of control within her elected position!

Having heard the testimony of her former baliff, Johnnie Jordan, I realize this judge's behavior is indicative of the manner in which slaver owners thought of their slaves: Happy and content in their "positions" of ownership, so to speak. So many of the court employees fear losing their jobs, and these judges use this to their advantage; opportunism serves a large degree in their tyrannical behavior.

Just as there are reasonable guidlelines for people who are not judicial civil servants with health issues, SO SHOULD THERE BE WITH JUDGES ENGAGING IN EGREGIOUSLY UNTOWARD BEHAVIOR. If she blames her behavior on her health issues, then she should "recuse" herself from the bench -- PERMANENTLY! Doubful she'll be missed.

What's next for any other baliff? That he/she should pick her up off the floor when she finally falls over -- and make no mistake, given her girth...she WILL keel over eventually. She's a shameful female from ALL sides; as a female, as a judge, as a person.
