The firm pays New York market salary and offers its associates immediate, hands-on responsibility, as well as a reputation for very reasonable hours and a truly collegial working environment. The quality and depth of their legal team distinguishes them from other firms of their size and allows them to compete effectively against the larger top-tier firms.
