The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in some or all aspects of business and corporate practice, including corporate, real estate transactions (purchase, sale and financing), and general business, in addition to excellent research, writing and analytical skills. The attorney would be joining a growing group and will have the immediate opportunity for high-level work with the partners in the group.
