So, I don't think Apple would prefer that McCain had won based on Obama's love of his BlackBerry. Good idea though...

Cass is a brilliant Admin Law scholar and knows as much about it as any human on the planet, living or dead - but I shudder to think of him as an actual Administrator....I fear for his poor staff....
