Why is "court" in quotation marks? Do liberals only respect tribunals that issue opinions with which they agree?
I offer this opportunity to post "FIRST" to the highest bidder.
So I guess that Shearman sending a memo that they are no longer on a lock step bonus system isn't going to make ATL at all? Seriously?
I second #1's sentiment. Fuck this ATL liberal nonsense How is a court authorized by congress, with justices appointed by SCOTUS, any less of a court than any other article III court. You make me sick. This fucking partisan editorializing will not stand.
This "legal blog" is losing all credibility!
FIRST!
(I vote in MN - shut up)
Whoop whoop, let's get those CWT Cahill 5L Ass-Lobsters rolling people. Guys in my high school used to do it all the time, it was no big motherfucking deal.

Nice cell phone. Did you upgrade to that from your StarTAC?
"take toxic assets OFF bank balance sheets"? perhaps?
Jones Day New York's weekly Thursday cookie break has been cut back to only alternating weeks!
WHY IS THERE NOT A THREAD ON THIS?!?!
#10 - BECAUSE MYSTTTAL IS BUSY ASS-LOBSTER FIRST DRAFTING HIS TYPO-RIDDEN ARTICLE ON THE CAHILL LAYOFFS WHICH THIS SITE HAS STILL NOT REPORTED ON EVEN THOUGH KASH DISSOLVED CWT IN 5L NEW YORK!!!... it was no big deal.
First to ask about Cahill layoffs.... rofl
did someone say LOBSTER?!?!?!
Re: A "court" upheld
You liberals make me sick. We are 99.99% free. You rather be 100% and allow sharia-imposing terrorists to make you dead or 0% free. Talk about not being able to see the forest for the trees!
With Madoff luxuriating in his penthouse, certainly Drier should also be out on bail. I mean, he's Denny Crane.
I hope Kash isn't offended that her ass lobster has been outed. Pinch. Pinch.
can someone post the shearman bonus memo?
A "lobster" residing in the juicy ASS crevice of one Kashmir Hill was asked if he had "any" plans on running for EIC.
Gentlemen at my preparatory academy not infrequently supped upon clawed crustaceans lodged in the excretory canal of comely lasses. Though this practice disturbed certain denizens of our environs, it was not a conspicuous event.
Fraternity Lothario
14 - liberals want you to be 0% free, they just go about it in PC terms. By the time you work 5-6 months out of the year for the government and the government runs everything (and therefore needs all information, can set every rule, etc.), freedom is gone.
Change is coming alright.
"Get a job, Sparkling Wiggle!"
The FISA court is a "court?" Idiot lib.
asslobster to EIC
"Court" is a really stupid way to put it. Whatever your misgivings about the FISA court, there is no question it is currently a valid tribunal.
When I saw "court" in quotation marks I thought it was a post by Elie f*cking Mystal again. Eliza, you don't want to be Mystal the Second. Consider yourself admonished.
Wow, whoever wrote "court" is really a piece of shit.
A court that meets in secret, issues secret opinions, and admits only government lawyers. Sounds like a "court" in the greatest and truest sense of the word: star chamber.
Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's right.
Just because it's secret doesn't make it wrong, either. Some things have to be secret, and some things have to be decided by judges. Sometimes, a particular thing needs to be both secret and decided by judges. So we have secret court proceedings. This is not beyond your comprehension. But thanks for your petulant quotation marks--undoubtedly the sign of deep and careful thinking about these issues. Just like the bumper stickers you probably have on your car.
