A Civil Action: By Bram Stoker? Or By Matt and Trey?

Jonathon Sharkey.JPGIt is definitely time for someone to set fire to the Hot Topic in the Mall of America.

On Friday, a lawsuit was filed in Minnesota federal court on behalf of “The Vampyre Nation” requesting sovereignty from the United States of America. But let’s pretend it was filed it on Ash Wednesday.

Remember when people went to jail to work out and change religion?

More hilarity from Jonathon Sharkey after the jump.

Many of you might have heard about Jonathon “The Impaler” Sharkey before. He’s run for President twice and run for Congress a number of times.

His independent party, the “Vampires, Witches, and Pagans Party,” is actually recognized by the FEC, proving once again that Democracy is the worst form of government except for all the others that have been tried.

My favorite part of the filing is the “Precedence For This Action” section:

I think The Impaler might want to study a little more about the history of Native Americans and the U.S. Government.
