Roberts is a big Bob Dylan fan. If you were paying any attention, you'd know that. He's put quotes in his opinions. I mean, I'm all for making a joke, but everybody knows the answer to the question, so it's a little flaws as a joke premise.

Wow - a white, male federal judge who puts Dylan in his opinions. How very edgy of him. Of course, Dylan would think Roberts was an absolute douchebag.
What I love about Roberts's memoranda regarding MJ and "Prince" (as if he was some weird, obscure artist only "the kids" knew about) is that he was 29 years old at the time he wrote them, but his prose read as though he was about 75 years old. Ridiculous.
If Roberts' tone were less obsequious, I could defend his obvious correctness. But apparently he's always been a stiff and totally out of step with the masses. Inotherwords, douchebag.
