* The Chief Justice was not a huge fan of Michael Jackson back in the day. Or a “newcomer who goes by the name, Prince.” I would love to know what musicians Chief Justice Roberts did like back in the day. Journey? No, no, it’s gotta be Winger. [New York Times]

* You’d think that if you called 911 and reported that Michael Jackson was not breathing, you’d say “MICHAEL JACKSON is not breathing. Send a God Damn helicopter and a spare Jackson brother in case we need parts,” as opposed to “uhh … a gentleman … is not breathing.” [Popsquire]

I think Justice Thomas was probably trying to enforce the Constitution rather than to assume that his own policy preferences are what the Constitution requires. But, hey, who does that nowadays.

I am sure there are lots of thins you are still trying to figure out, like if AA got you into Harvard. That is a real brainteaser

If you're going to make a snarky comment about affirmative action, and especially a snarky comment at Elie's expense, for the love of god at least proofread your comment before you post it twice. Fucktard.

I'm pretty sure if the caller said "it's Michael Jackson", the dispatcher would have threatened arrest for making prank phone calls and recalled the ambulence.

Roberts is a big Bob Dylan fan. If you were paying any attention, you'd know that. He's put quotes in his opinions. I mean, I'm all for making a joke, but everybody knows the answer to the question, so it's a little flaws as a joke premise.

You see the GIRL in the picture of this post??

I want to lick her smooth, silky skin up and down. Next, I want to smell her hair and bang her a new hole.

Has it been that long, since I hired a new legal secretary?

R.I.P. MJ!

Speaking of MICHAEL JACKSON, I will have to say that his appearance and his performances have dwindled.

I am an Independent Contract Attorney for Sullivan and Cromwell LLP. I work in an offsite location from the 125 Broad Headquarters. I practice mostly Concordance law, reviewing docs for this douchebag cheesy Hofstra grad.

"Roberts is a big Bob Dylan fan. If you were paying any attention, you'd know that. He's put quotes in his opinions."

Wow - a white, male federal judge who puts Dylan in his opinions. How very edgy of him. Of course, Dylan would think Roberts was an absolute douchebag.

What I love about Roberts's memoranda regarding MJ and "Prince" (as if he was some weird, obscure artist only "the kids" knew about) is that he was 29 years old at the time he wrote them, but his prose read as though he was about 75 years old. Ridiculous.

If Roberts' tone were less obsequious, I could defend his obvious correctness. But apparently he's always been a stiff and totally out of step with the masses. Inotherwords, douchebag.

"LGBT is giving the Olsen-Boies lawsuit a needed jolt."

Will Olsen and Boies end up like Robert Wone?
