She could have gone to a TTT or not gone to law school at all, for all it was worth. She might as well have listed her years at Albany Law as "time spent doing stuff" on her resume for all that it mattered to FoxNews. You might as well look at Tony LaRussa and say he's really done well with a Florida State law degree, as if it had any bearing on his successfully managing major league baseball teams. They both might be licensed pilots too, but their current careers aren't a testament to the skill of their flight instructors.

Megyn Kelly is not only hot, she's also smart, poised, and eloquent. Anyone who has ever actually watched her would know that in addition to being a solid anchor she is one of the more sophisticated legal commentators on television. I realize that this is not saying a great deal, but it is disingenuous to suggest that she obtained her position by pure hotness. I doubt many of the people criticizing her would do as well reacting to newsworthy legal events on the fly.
