A SCOTUS-Inspired Outfit
If an institution as stodgy as Harvard University can give rise to a fashion line, why can’t the Supreme Court of the United States?

FIRST515!
LAT, you're FAT.
Way to tuck in your t-shirt.
Love that shirt. I want one!!!
I came.
I saw, I conquered?
is this a picture of a guy taking a picture of himself? Odd
slow news day? Hot look, Lat.
7 - The funny thing is that I just took a picture of myself looking at this picture of a guy taking a picture of himself. Blows my f*cking mind.
Way to maintain your famous objectivity and journalistic integrity.
my SCOTUS itches
I'll stick with the I'm with stupid tee
10 - Huh? It's just a funny t-shirt.
how many did you take before you got one you liked?
T-shirts like this make me want to punch someone in the face... usually the person wearing said t-shirts. They're never funny, cute, or ironic. They just make you look like more of an asshole than you already are.
Haha 3 has a point. Who tucks in their t-shirt? Why do I get the feeling that working at Above the Law would probably be the nerdiest ever next to event planner for a sci-fi convention.
I think these products are much more worthwhile:

Would have been funnier if Kash was wearing the T-shirt.

Lat, that picture makes you look like a fat gay Asian dude.
20 - But isn't that what he is?
I think Lat is a very handsome woman.

Where are the Vault rankings d00d?
I don't understand why any of the above posters think Lat is fat.
but you're not a Latina...
13 - Yeah it's not that big a deal. But, promoting unprofessional, racist comments by members of our profession isn't "just a funny t-shirt," either.
I just lost my coffee on the keyboard.
Funny work Lat. Good to see you don't take all this sheet too seriously.
Keep up the good work, but fire Mystal.
I heart David Lat.
For some reason, the guy(?) in the pic makes me yearn for a mani/pedi. And here I thought Margaret Cho lost all that excess weight...
27-Racist?
27 - I don't think Lat is promoting the Sotomayor "Wise Latina" comment. I think he is making fun of it.
right on, 10 & 27.
a horrible shame that someone repeatedly making remarks like that will serve a lifetime term on the nation's highest court.
Um, Lat is a Fed Soc sympathizer and a conservative.
I hardly think he is "promoting" Sotomayor's comment. I think he is mocking it (since he is obviously not a "Wise Latina" himself).
I hate having to explain jokes to the overly literal readers of this website.
Great shirt, but why is an Asian chick wearing it?
36 - Because she is a Wise Latina (feminine noun)?
Sour grapes, much?
I don't think that's a chick, too much facial hair.
I'd say the shirt is, in fact, more appropriate on Lat than Sonia. Sotomayor's's wisdom deficiency handily defeats Lat's racial miscalculation with respect to the accuracy of the whole of the text. This is true even if we admit any insult to David's intelligence ever posted to the comments.
This is stupid. Sotomaywhore is not wise. Besides, the first Hispanic justice was CARDOZO, appointed by a REPUBLICAN. Zing, Nobombuh!
I think you should cross out the 'ina" so that the shirt says...
The NYT ran this story, without that awful picture, a week ago:
