I am nervous and awkward around PE and JaKe.
We just fired our diversity coordinator and our director of associate development. the positions have been eliminated, and two partners are going to take care of the modest obligations required by those positions on a part-time basis.
from what i understand we just saved $225k, and canned two lazy idiots who were stealing money. i encourage other firms to do likewise.
in this economy, there's no time for charity.

OK, student does not get admitted to school under normal conditions, but is granted a "make-up session." He fails to perform properly at that task, but due to the efforts of his family friend, he is mistakenly granted admission to the regular program. How on earth does he have the stones to sue for re-admission? He wasn't supposed to be there in the first place, he only got in due to the fraudulent acts committed on his behalf...yet he is the aggrieved party?? In what fracking universe?? I don't care whether he knew about the fraud or if he was manning the keyboard himself; the relevevant fact is that he was inadmissible, not that he was able to skate by on a low GPA. Yet another self-entitled law student...who could imagine??
Blago--the other talentless celebrity besides Levi Johnston that simply won't go away.
But let's not forget the other (unreported, naturally) part of the story--the cowardly FTT judge (Harvard J.D.) continuing the perfunctory violation of the equal protection clause in criminal matters. If Blago were a local douche who tried to sell a county board seat, the the "Honorable" Zagel would have given him the written equivalent of the middle finger when presented with a request to participate in a reality show. But when confronted with wealthy and/or powerful criminals, FTT judges inevitably fold.
Thank God Bernie Madoff wasn't in front of an FTT judge--he probably would have gotten ten.
Fairey's a dirtbag.

Where's the Russian bear?
At my law school a 2.66 was the median for 1Ls (forced curve). Damn you schools with grade inflation!
