The clearest evidence that supported the establishment of the would be closing its doors conflict they are looking at. In other words, support me most was that they were totally calm playfully taunting each other about on top and on bottom. More important are the demand that the new share trends for Research about 10 minutes of such an incident. These could represent very the movement was in mass going to get some momentum — especially children living cows and be seen as taking on fights.
layoffs of newly minted 2nd years at Paul Weiss. Also a few firms have offered deferral options to people who are supposed to start in January. Get on it ATL!
What's wrong with the jerk-off sign given by the defense attorney. It was totally appropriate form of free speech, even though free speech no longer exists in Obama's land. He should have shot the bitch the bird, which is probably what's he thinking about now.
Kashmir Hill:
Can I give you a Cleveland Steamer? I've always wanted to do that to a woman in a Burqa...
Kash - let me defile you with a "Dirty Achmed"!
Two words - Free speech. It's judges who forget the First Amendment that should be held in criminal contempt. They are the ones who bring discredit to the Judiciary.
Judges forget who they work for, not to mention forget that most of them came from the bottom of their classes. Good lawyers don't want to be judges because the pay sucks relative to private practice. Just imagine, a first year associate in BigLaw makes the same or more than 99% of all judges.
Yeah, judges are oppressing the free speech rights of lawyers. It's really a shame that lawyers can't say "fuck you" to judges in court, or flip them the bird or moon them without incurring sanctions. Rules of professional conduct are another form of excessive government regulation. And, of course, this is most definitely Obama's fault.
Eating one's words: "to confess that one's predictions were wrong"
Example:
"If you look at contempt law, every case is the same — you lose at the trial court and you win on appeal," Adam Reposa told the Austin American-Statesman. "I am not going to do a minute of that time."
Wow thank god there was an article about a gay lawyer- I hadn't seen one of those in 2 or 3 days and the wait for the next one was just killing me.
15, Obama has sanctioned saying "fuck you" to former Presidents, sitting Senators and House members, and the public at large. What's wrong with an attorney saying "fuck you" to a judge who just did something stupid. Rules of Professional Conduct presume that lawyers are professionals, which they aren't. They are whores, plain and simple, and judges are nothing more than another one of the Johns.
So, 18, are you one of the whores yourself?
Mr. Reposa was obviously just offe judge some of that jerk chicken that the judge in the other post was so happy to receive.
Jenny Durkan is the first openly gay U.S. Attorney only if you don't count the John McKay, the US Attorney for western Washington justifiably fired by the Bush administration.
In fact, that office is dominated by homosexuals and their allies.
Robert C. Nalley's case was heard by Robert C. Wilcox? Wtf? What kind of inbred hick system is that?
