You can imagine how many associates will qualify. Associates rated "exceeds expectations" will stay put. Associates rated "meets expectations" will get cut 5%, but if they billed fewer than 1950 hours they'll be cut 10%, and if they billed fewer than 1650 it's a 20% cut.
