We recently wondered, in the wake of Cadwalader announcing spring bonuses, whether Willkie Farr (and several other top New York firms) might follow suit.

Well, the wait is over. Willkie has announced spring bonuses, on the top-of-the-line Cravath scale….

UPDATE (2:15 PM): One Willkie source had this reaction: “I’m grateful they matched, but they needed to. Nobody told me that 2010 was a slow year around here until it was bonus season. Anyway, morale here just got a decent boost.”

Class of 2009: $7,500
Class of 2008: $10,000
Class of 2007: $15,000
Class of 2006 and Senior: $20,000

Bonuses will be paid on April 29, 2011, consistent with our customary practices.
