Description: Description: Working directly under the SVP-GC, the successful candidate will have 3-5+ years of general corporate and transactional experience with a major law firm advising corporate clients, or equivalent experience with an in-house corporate legal department. In this role, responsibilities will include negotiating, drafting, and summarizing various agreements; providing legal advice for all aspects of the team’s operations; managing outside counsel and litigation matters; drafting resolutions and governance documents; and staying on top of the sports and entertainment industry.
