Week in, and week out, without fail, we write about the state of the legal economy. Sometimes we have good news about employment prospects for law school graduates, but the reality of the situation is that things are probably going to get worse before they get better.
And these days, apparently you can run into career trouble even if you go to a top-tier law school in a major city.
Here’s the photo for out latest caption contest….
Good Lord, this is depressing:
Said our source, a current Fordham law student: “I thought this picture was funny because if you look closely, the homeless man is wearing a Fordham law hat.”
Yes, this homeless man’s hat reads “FORDHAM LAW.” Sure, it was most likely given to him by a charitable Fordham Law student. But, amazingly, he found a leather office chair to cart around with him. Perhaps he really is a graduate dreaming of Biglaw days gone by.
Same rules as always: Submit possible captions in the comments. Please be funny. We’ll choose our favorites — with preference given to those with a legal bent — and then let you vote for the best one.
Please submit your entries by MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, at 11:59 PM (Eastern time). Thanks!
