On behalf of the Firm, we would like to thank you for your continued contributions and dedication to Fried Frank and its clients. In recognition of your efforts, we are pleased to announce that the Firm will pay year-end bonuses on December 29, 2011 to New York associates in varying amounts up to $52,500. Bonus amounts will be based on seniority, quality of and hours worked, client service and pro bono activities.
