The Management Committee is pleased to announce our 2011 U.S. Associate bonus payments. On behalf of all Weil partners, we thank you for your hard work and dedication over the past year.
Bonuses will be paid on December 23, 2011. The 2012 base salary increases will be reflected in the January 13th deposit, retroactive to January 1.

WEIL GOTSHAL & MANGES — MEMORANDUM –INCREASE OF TOP BONUS
In order to provide US associate compensation commensurate with that paid at our peer firms, the Management Committee has decided to increase the overall strong bonus for the class of 2003 and more senior to $42,500.
As previously announced, bonuses will be paid on December 23, 2011. The 2012 base salary increases will be reflected in the January 13th deposit, retroactive to January 1. All bonuses are subject to the customary pro-rations.
