Lawyerly Lairs: A Partner Sells in Brooklyn

A partner at a major law firm has put his Brooklyn Heights townhouse on the market for $10 million. Who is he? And, more importantly, what does his house look like?

Here you go:

The garden level, home to a recreation room, a bedroom, and two full baths, has its own entrance. The parlor level, where the main entrance is located, has the formal dining room and kitchen. The living room is one level up, on the townhouse’s third floor, which it shares with a bedroom (slightly awkward layout, but again, that’s townhouse living for you).

The fourth floor has two more bedrooms, each with an en suite bath and huge closets. The top floor is where the home office and exercise room are located.

Good luck to Casey Cogut in seeking to sell his house. It’s a truly beautiful home. But finding someone who can afford to drop $10 million on a residence isn’t easy.
