Unlike Lat and Mystal, I still practice law full-time. And unlike some of ATL’s other columnists, I don’t write under a pseudonym. I can’t do stuff like posting pictures of naked judges on this website.
On the other hand, I can shamelessly plug my book. That’s obnoxious and offensive, but it’s unlikely to get me drummed out of the profession.
Did I mention that David Lat wrote a foreword for the book? Lat knows an awful lot about the internet, and he’s a gifted writer. If I were you, I’d buy that book just to see what Lat says in the foreword.
