Last week, we asked readers to submit possible captions for this photo:

On Tuesday, you voted on the finalists, and now it’s time to announce the winner of our caption contest….

As is customary with our caption contests, we will now reveal the backstory behind the picture. A reader saw this while browsing FailBlog and mentioned that there were quite a few internet lawyers trolling the comments, and going back and forth as to whether this constituted trademark infringement. He thought our readers would fare better in this debate, but alas, it seems that you were all more interested in winning a t-shirt. Go figure.
