Our client, the thriving Denver office of a top 10 international law firm is seeking to add an IP transactional associate to its growing practice. This is a great opportunity for the right attorney to realize significant responsibility in an exciting practice dealing with multiple industries and cutting edge technologies in a great work environment.

Candidates for this position will:

* Have between 2 and 4 years of IP commercial transactions and agreements experience, including: acquisition, protection, and commercialization of IP rights and assets
* Superior legal writing and research skills
* Possess a strong work ethic, and be deal and team oriented
* Have the desire and ability to work independently
