Convicted Felon Battling Estranged Wife Over Daughter's Fake Boobs and Butt in Custody Battle

Toddlers & Tiaras makes another appearance in the courts, this time in an epic custody battle...

Back in January, we brought you news about a ridiculous million-dollar lawsuit that was filed by the mother of a young Toddlers & Tiaras star after her child was allegedly made out to be a prosti-tot by various media outlets.

Months later, the reality TV show has reared its pretty little head again in the courts, but this time in a custody battle for the ages. As it turns out, this doting dad didn’t want his darling daughter to be sexually exploited by her own mother, through the use of breast and booty padding.

The best part of the story is definitely the fact that this poor girl’s father — you know, the one trying to prevent his kid from becoming what pedos’ dreams are made of — is a convicted felon, on probation for child endangerment. Just wait till you see what his daughter looks like….

You know it’s got to be bad when someone with a child endangerment rap is alleging that his kid’s mother is a worse parent than he is. ABC News brings us all of the details on the latest Toddlers & Tiaras fiasco:

The woman who dressed her young daughter as Dolly Parton – complete with a padded bra and butt pads – for a child beauty pageant that aired on TLC’s “Toddlers & Tiaras” could lose custody of the girl after her estranged husband claimed she sexually exploited their daughter by allowing her to dress so provocatively.

Her father, Bill Verst, has asked a Kentucky court to grant him sole custody of his daughter, who is now 6.

During a court proceeding Saturday, a judge threw reporters out of the courtroom, closed the hearing and placed a gag order on mother Lindsay Jackson. The judge also imposed a ban on any pageant activity for Maddy or her mother for the duration of the trial.

Apparently Jackson never meant Maddy’s costume to be perceived as sexual — the fake boobs and the fake butt are just an “added extra bonus.” (We presume she means it’s a bonus for all of the child-touchers tuning in to watch the show.) But if we take Jackson at her word, who the hell was the padding supposed to be for? Was it supposed to make all the other toddlers jealous of Maddy’s hourglass figure?

In further defense of dressing her daughter up like Dora the Carnal Explorer Dolly Parton, Jackson lashed out with this tirade against the justice system, courtesy of Fox News:

“If (the judge decides) that Maddy needs to live with her dad because she does pageants with me, then that opens the door for any parent to challenge anybody on activity that a kid does, period. We could really open up Pandora’s Box to set a precedent all over the world. What if years ago Gabby Douglas’ father said, ‘She’s not going to be a gymnast. She’s not going to move away from home and practice gymnastics because I won’t allow it,’ and he and Gabby’s mother got into a fight? We wouldn’t have gold medal winners, we wouldn’t have Miss America, we wouldn’t have Miss USA.”

Wow. Just wow. Jackson is comparing pageant princesses to young Olympians — people with real talent. Sorry, mom, but the only thing your daughter wins a gold medal in is having sh*tty parents. And with the way you’ve been dressing your kid, Pandora’s Box is not the one that perverts will be tempted to open.
