The Cleveland office of Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff LLP is seeking an associate for its Corporate & Securities Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in matters of general corporate counseling, corporate governance, merger and acquisition activity, securities compliance, capital formation, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Candidate should have significant supervisory and client management experience and excellent transactional drafting and negotiation skills.

Applicants should be a member of the Ohio Bar or eligible to waive in and should possess a strong academic record, superior writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work well with our diverse client base.
